Since 2010 we have provided all office cleaning services to City Care across two levels of their Wellington offices. We have also provided cleaning services to their other North Island offices (in Whakatane, Tauranga, Manawatu, Wairarapa, Pukekohe, Avondale and Mt Wellington) since late 2013. Services include rubbish removal and disposal and thorough cleaning of all reception, kitchen, bathroom, meeting rooms and office areas.
BRANZ

BRANZ’s Judgeford campus includes over 4,600m2 of buildings, with all cleaning services provided by Supercare since 2010. We have recently re-signed for a further three years.

This international company has state-of-the-art production facilities with high standards of cleanliness required.
The office areas include open plan and meeting rooms, providing a very high standard of accommodation to its many employees. We also provide a Day Attendant service in their Christchurch facility.
Wellington Free Ambulance

Supercare won this 3-year contract to provide cleaning services to Wellington Free Ambulance’s 14 ambulance stations throughout the Wellington region and Wairarapa. This includes an office space accommodating 40 staff and an Ambulance Communications Centre.
This contract is an excellent example of where our personalised service meets client needs. The busiest station requires cleaning daily whereas some small stations only require cleaning once a week or less. ‘Normal’ cleaning activities and routines that might be appropriate at corporate offices or retail outlets don’t necessarily translate effectively across to this client’s sites. Extra care and attention are needed at times. Security protocols are stringent around patient information, and medical supplies and equipment.
We provide a customised and sensitive service, recognising the pressures faced by ambulance staff. Our staff understand the importance of ‘downtime’ at the stations and are considerate in how they carry out their work – the very last thing a paramedic needs when they finally get a chance to sit down with a cup of tea is a cleaner starting to vacuum around them.
Newlands College
Specialist cleaning services | Public environment | Police-vetted
Newlands College in Wellington has over 12 buildings on its site, ranging from administration areas and cafeterias to two-storey classroom blocks. Supercare provides all aspects of cleaning, including term cleans and specialist cleaning services. We undertake machine buffing, scrubbing and re-sealing of hard floors and full carpet cleaning during the term breaks. To work in this school environment, alongside youth, our cleaning team must meet the highest standards of character, security awareness, health and safety and consideration.

Supercare provides a full twice-weekly clean for the Wellington Night Shelter. Our understanding of the Night Shelter’s requirements and our ability and willingness to structure pricing for them at a reduced rate was an important factor. In pricing that job, we recognised the important work performed by the Night Shelter by providing the cost difference as a donation.
